When you use our contact form we collect the information you give us: name, work email, company or platform, market, genre and the description of your project. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies on this site.
Only to reply to your message and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal, sample or demo. We never sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Your consent when you send the form, and the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the GDPR).
Our hosting and form provider (Netlify) and our email provider process the data on our behalf, under their own data-protection terms. Some of these providers may store data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
For as long as we are in conversation with you, and up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a contract requires us to keep it longer. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
